Aditya has hiked across the Eastern Ghats and studied the way that nature functions, and is now using that knowledge to help Roha Biotech bring nature's innovations to industry. Vagdevi is the technology maverick of Roha she bags rich industrial biotech experience by working in one the leading fermentation biotech firms. she is responsible for technology and product development. She is a master doodler in the town, doodles everywhere and anywhere.
Sharma has a strong scientific background from CSIR-NIO, where he worked on the isolation of new marine fungus and is a go-getter of the team in charge of production plant and mycelium cultures.
A biotech master's degree holder from VIT with a wealth of research experience. She has studied oral cancer stem cells at the Rajiv Gandhi Center for Biotechnology and gained additional research experience at the Jawaharlal Nehru Tropical Botanical Garden and Research Institute. As a member of the team at Roha, Parvathy is responsible for the development of technology.
Smita Srivastava, a professor at Biotechnology department IIT Madras and technical mentor for Roha Biotech, holds a Ph.D. and M.S. from IIT Delhi. Her research focuses on optimising bioprocesses for in vitro production of high-value low volume phytochemicals using plant cell and microbial technology. She has made significant contributions to the field and is highly respected in the academic community.
