Smita Srivastava, a professor at Biotechnology department IIT Madras and technical mentor for Roha Biotech, holds a Ph.D. and M.S. from IIT Delhi. Her research focuses on optimising bioprocesses for in vitro production of high-value low volume phytochemicals using plant cell and microbial technology. She has made significant contributions to the field and is highly respected in the academic community.
